อยากจะสอบถามครับว่า Filter Press จำเป็นใหมครับว่าต้องเติมก่อนการอัดตะกอน คือผมมีปัญหาเรื่องรอบของการอัดตะกอนใช้เวลานานครับ ประมาณ 1-1.5 วัน ซึ่งตอนนี้ไม่มีการเติม Polymer นะครับ ขอสอบถามท่านผู้รู้หน่อยครับว่า มีคำแนะนำให้ลดรอบเวลาการอัดให้สั้นกว่านี้ได้ใหมครับ ขอบคุณล่วงหน้าครับ

ก่อนการอัดตะกอนโดยใช้เครื่องอัดตะกอนควรที่จะมีการเตรียมตะกอนให้พร้อมก่อนการอัด เพราะถ้าตะกอนมีความเข้นขันไม่พอเหมาะจะทำให้ตะกอนอัดไม่แห้งหรือใช้เวลาในการอัดนาน การเติมโพลีเมอร์จะช่วยในเรื่องการเตรียมตะกอนทำให้ตะกอนจับตัวกันเป็นกลุ่มก้อน (floc) ทำให้ง่ายต่อการอัดตะกอนช่วยทำให้รอบในการอัดตะกอนลดลง

ไม่ทราบว่าตะกอนที่อัดเป็นตะกอนจากอะไรค่ะ
